Burrard Pharmaceuticals provides pharmaceutical licensing, finished-product supply, technology transfer packages, regulatory dossier preparation, and post-approval regulatory support for licensed programmes.
Technology transfer packages, CTD/eCTD dossier work and post-approval support are provided for one named programme at a time, scoped in writing and quoted privately, under the applicable licence and technology-transfer agreements. Fees are payable half in advance and half on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Burrard Pharmaceuticals Enterprises Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Dossiers and technology transfer documentation provided under an engagement are licensed for the named programme and territory only and may not be redistributed.
All information shared between Burrard Pharmaceuticals and its clients in the course of service delivery, including but not limited to formulation data, manufacturing processes, and regulatory strategies, shall be treated as confidential and protected under mutual non-disclosure agreements.
Burrard Pharmaceuticals provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of its services for any particular purpose. Our liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
