By accessing or using the Burrard Pharmaceuticals website (burrardpharma.com), Burrard Intelligence platform, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Burrard Pharmaceuticals provides pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) services, technology transfer packages, regulatory dossier preparation, and the Burrard Intelligence subscription platform for CTD templates and advisory services.
The Burrard Intelligence subscription provides access to unlimited CTD/eCTD template requests, expert advisory services, and regulatory intelligence reports. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Burrard Pharmaceuticals Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. CTD templates provided through Burrard Intelligence are licensed for the subscriber's use only and may not be redistributed.
All information shared between Burrard Pharmaceuticals and its clients in the course of service delivery, including but not limited to formulation data, manufacturing processes, and regulatory strategies, shall be treated as confidential and protected under mutual non-disclosure agreements.
Burrard Pharmaceuticals provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of its services for any particular purpose. Our liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
